We always offer an Economy shipping option, and in some cases, Express and CO₂-offset delivery as well. All delivery methods include tracking.

Additionally, our delivery may take a while, but that is because we offer on-demand manufacturing. Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Get what you want, and return what you don’t. If you're not completely happy with a purchase, it can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags attached (if applicable).
• Purchases made online are not eligible for returns until the full order has shipped.
• If there appears to be fraud or abuse, we may not accept your return.
• Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged, including BiH WC26 Jerseys.

Online & Pop-up Returns

If you received items by mail or purchased them at one of our pop-up stores, it's easy to send them back! Simply send us an email at info@plavilav.com, with your order number and the items you would like to return. Please note that a shipping fee of $5 is deducted from your refund when you make a return.

Choose how to get your refund:

• Instant Credit in the form of a PlaviLav e-gift card emailed to you as soon as you initiate the return.
• Refund back to your original payment. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for us to receive your items and issue a refund. Your refund should be available in your account 5-7 business days after we issue it.
