What payment methods do you offer?

Currently, we accept major credit cards, as well as Google Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal, and Apple Pay.

At our pop-up in person events, we offer credit card and cash transactions.

Do you have an in-person store?

We currently do not have a brick-and-mortar store; however, we do often have pop-up events at Bosnian events across North America. Keep an eye out for Susreti Bošnjaka Sjeverne Amerika 2025! 🫣

What are your delivery options?

We always offer an Economy shipping option, and in some cases, Express and CO₂-offset delivery as well. All delivery methods include tracking.

If you experience any issues with tracking your order, please don’t hesitate to email us at info@plavilav.com.

Additionally, our delivery may take a while, but that is because we offer on-demand manufacturing. Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Do you accept returns?

For online purchases: You have 30 days from the delivery date of your last shipment, to return items by mail for a full refund to your original payment method.

For in-person purchases (including at our pop-ups): Items marked final sale are non-returnable, all other items can be returned by mail 30 days after purchase.

Returns made after 30 days are only eligible to receive merchandise credit.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, 13 Canadian provinces/territories, and all cantons/municipalities of Bosnia & Herzegovina.
